New students are always welcome in the Dojo, regardless of age, fitness, gender or skill level. Your first class in the beginners course is free to allow you to try the art out for yourself without and commitments. However we do not take students under the age of 18 years old.

Fitness & Well-Being

At a fundamental level we aim to instil a sense of physical and mental well-being. Helping our students develop personal confidence and also gain  understanding in self-care. In each class we promote fitness and run conditioning courses regularly.

Self-Defence

The core of our art is learning practical techniques to protect and defend yourself. With conflict resolution techniques you can equip yourself with the skills and knowledge to stay safe and secure in any situation. Courses for self-defence specific classes can also be arranged.

Weapons

Bujinkan has its roots in Japan and the weapons mainly taught are from Samurai and Ninja skill-sets. These range from edged weapons, like the katana and yari (spear) through stick type weapons of varying sizes, but also ropes, chains, and projectile weapons like shuriken.
